In order to help the majority of students understand the employment situation, correct self-understanding, in the future employment process can quickly adjust the mentality, in a more positive and effective way to fight for employment opportunities, to achieve employment goals。On the evening of May 20, at the University Student Activity Center, the Ministry of Student Affairs invited Wang Qingzhou, deputy director of the Recruitment and Employment Department, to give a special lecture entitled "Winning at the starting point". The teachers of the psychological counseling center, some counselors and nearly 400 students listened to the lecture together。The lecture was chaired by Wenzhu, director of the psychological counseling Center。    

In the lecture, Deputy Director Wang Qingzhou first used stories and pictures to help students analyze the form of employment。When it comes to employment preparation, he said that only when the three aspects of resources, abilities and goals are well prepared, can we really find the ideal job in the employment process。Then, he explained how to prepare for the future employment through the examples of students who have graduated, and how to explore, understand and adjust themselves from the aspects of personality, interest, ability and values。He stressed that it is never "too early" to prepare for employment, and that every effort we make now is the basis for future harvest。Finally, Deputy Director Wang Qingzhou encouraged everyone to think correctly and overcome themselves with the story of eagle regeneration, raising the sail of confidence to win at the starting point and win the future。  

The whole lecture atmosphere was warm and applause continued. The students were deeply attracted by the humorous language and vivid explanation of Director Wang and benefited a lot from it。In the interactive session after the lecture, he gave wonderful answers to the questions raised by the students。
